My name is Katerina Jurickova and I will be happy to guide and empower you on your own journey.

Hello,


I'm Kate, a certified Yoga Teacher and Coach/Counsellor from the Czech Republic, now based in the Netherlands. I'm passionate about wellbeing and healing, and I believe we all have the strength to heal ourselves—sometimes we just need a little support. I am trauma and neurodivergence informed.

My services are offered FREE of charge.

​​​Coaching / Counselling

 

I offer individual coaching/counselling sessions. 

As a coach/counselor my approach is to create a safe space by listening without judgement. It is crucial to me to raise awareness of the present experiences, repeating patterns and make connections that you may have not noticed before. I provide room for reflection, boost creativity and nurture acceptance and self-esteem.

Yoga

 

I offer private as well as group yoga sessions. Apart from yoga, I also offer guided breathwork and meditation.

 

Next to its physical benefits, yoga is a tool to embrace presence. Through yoga you can get closer to your mind and grow your body awareness. Yoga is a path towards your unique spiritual experience.

Initial Conusltation

Private session

If you are interested in private classes or sessions, you can reach out to me for a 30min online consultation.

 

This initial session allows us to see if we both feel comfortable working with each other.

 

During this time we can explore what do you want to work on and what would be the most suitable services for you

Yoga

Private & Group sessions

I practice Yin, Vinyasa and Rocket yoga. With me you can also tap into breathwork, meditation and visualizations

Each of my classes  is different and yet allows to revisit exercises, postures and sequences to easily track your own progress.

 

I practice trauma-informed yoga teaching with no physical adjustments or confronting communication. In my classes you can expect invitational, kind and empathetic language.

Coaching / Counselling

Private sessions

Coaching is primarily future oriented and suitable for those who seek change. As your coach I would guide you on your journey of setting and achieving your goals.  

 

Counseling is mostly suitable for processing past challenges and difficult experiences. I will be by your side and support you in dealing with what feels too heavy for you.    

 

It can be beneficial to combine the two approaches.  Understanding or changing your perspective on the past helps you to easier navigate the present and future. 

 

I mostly work with individuals dealing with burnout, career change, work-life balance, overall wellbeing and body-mind connection.

In her classes, whether online or in person, Kate creates a warm and supportive environment that truly makes you feel safe and seen - something that's rare in classes I've attended. She always takes the time to understand our individual needs, offers thoughtful alternatives for challenging poses, and gently corrects our form to ensure we're practicing safely. Her classes range from relaxing flows and stretching to strength-building sessions that'll boost your heart rate and truly challenge you. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, her classes make space for everyone. My favorite part is the cooling-down at the end of the class: Kate makes us look back at the intention we set at the beginning and invites us to check-in with ourselves. Her calm and soothing voice makes it even more relaxing - going to her classes is like going to a spa for the soul.

Taking private yoga classes

I have known Kate for the better part of my life and I've been taking individual online yoga classes every Friday morning with her for the last year or so. It's truly become a highlight of my week. She's incredibly patient and supportive, always making sure we stay consistent and never skip a session. What I really appreciate is how she personalizes each class - she always asks which part of the body I'd like to focus on and takes into account any past injuries to ensure we treat the body with care and respect.
